Operations Support

• Assist with the commissioning of new and upgraded processing facilities.
  
• Assist with the debottlenecking of existing facilities.
  
• Process facility walkdowns to generate as-built P&ID’s, and as required compliance drawings, and or for the planned expansion or upgrading of existing facilities.
  
• Assist with facility upgrades and or expansions such as compressor sizing and installation, SWD installation and or expansion. Process component upgrades or replacement.
  
• Glycol Dehydration installation, commissioning and trouble shooting.
  
• Assist with the staffing of operations personnel, pre and post commissioning.
  
• Onsite construction supervision.
  
• Facility compliance inspections and 14-C reviews.
  
• Project procurement services.
  
• Generate project AFE’s and cost estimates.
  
• Gather and compile contract services and material quotes.
  
• Provide PO’s and project cost tracking.
  
• Provide daily operations reports to include HS&E matters and onsite project cost tracking.Ensure that the clients HS&E policies are strictly enforced
